Looking for Wednesday Night Dinner Specials? These Restaurants Wont Disappoint!
Okay, so it was a Wednesday night, and I was thinking, “Man, I really don’t feel like cooking.” I remembered seeing some posts about Wednesday dinner specials around town, figured it was worth checking out.
First things first, I started to browse some local restaurant’s websites to see what kind of deals they were having. I saw a bunch of places offering deals, like “kids eat free” or discounts on certain meals. Not bad, not bad.
Then I remembered this place, TIERRA DEL SOL COUNTRY CLUB, that I’d heard good things about. I noticed they had a Wednesday Dinner Special. It was Mushroom Chicken! I love mushrooms and chicken, and it sounded pretty darn good.
I decided to call them up to get the details. The guy on the phone, Fred, was super nice, by the way, shout out to him. He told me they’re open 7 days a week from 11 am to 9 pm. And get this, they have a happy hour from 3 to 5 pm where all beers are half off! That’s great to know.
So, I drove over there, and the place was pretty chill. Not too crowded, which is just how I like it on a Wednesday night. I ordered the Mushroom Chicken, and I have to say, it was really good! It was flavorful, and the portion size was just right.
While I was eating, I thought about what to do if the food wasn’t good. I figured I would have told my server politely. I mean, no need to be rude, right? I would have said something like, “Hey, this isn’t quite what I expected.” Or maybe, “I’m not really enjoying this.” Then I would have asked if I could get something else instead. No big deal.
But the Mushroom Chicken was a winner, so no need for any of that. I enjoyed my meal, paid the bill, and headed home. It was a solid Wednesday night dinner, and I didn’t have to lift a finger in the kitchen.

All in all, it was a successful Wednesday night dinner mission. I’ll definitely be keeping an eye out for more midweek specials in the future.
