The Result
When it was all done, I put everything together on a plate. It looked pretty good, if I do say so myself. The rice was fluffy and had this subtle coconut flavor. The sauce added a nice kick, and the anchovies and peanuts gave it some crunch. Honestly, it was delicious! Way better than I expected.
This whole experience got me really interested in Malaysian food. I’m definitely going to try more recipes. It’s like a whole new world of flavors opened up for me. I might even try to make some of those other dishes I saw online. Who knows, maybe I’ll become a pro at Malaysian cooking! It’s always fun to learn something new, especially when it tastes this good.
