I was a bit nervous about eating raw fish, but it was delicious! It was so refreshing and light, perfect for a hot day. I also tried making a simple seafood stew, which was just throwing some seafood and veggies into a pot with some broth and letting it simmer. It was hearty and filling, and the flavors were amazing.
The whole experience was so much fun. I messed up a few times, of course, but that’s part of the process, right? It was great to step out of my comfort zone and explore new flavors. Plus, it was a great way to spend time with my family, cooking and trying new things together.
And guess what? I even managed to whip up some Tres Leches Cake for dessert! I found a simple recipe online, and it was surprisingly easy to make.
