Okay, so I’ve been wanting to try this Belaire Rose for a while now, heard a lot about it. Finally got my hands on a bottle, the one with the cool art label by that French artist, Grégoire Devin. Looks pretty fancy, you know?
First, I chilled it in the fridge for a couple of hours. Gotta have it nice and cold, right? Then, when it was time, I popped that cork.
I poured it into a couple of glasses, and man, the color is just gorgeous. Like a really pretty pink. I took a sniff, and it smelled like berries and maybe a little bit of watermelon.
